I have been a customer iwth winter for many years off and on. Coming in and having my car serviced by the Delta staff has proven to be one of the best experiences I ever had on the site. From the service manager to the clerk taking payment prove to be quality Customer serivce and I was pleased, Even some of the other staff stopped and talked with me, made sure I didn't need anything made me feel like a vauled customer. THANK YOU ALL!

After visiting two different dealerships multiple times I finally took it to Delta Chevrolet and they fix the problem. The first time they had it that proves it for me that’s where I’ll be taking my car from now on.

I called and spoke with service advisor Luke, explained the Issue with my Silverado. He was able to schedule an appointment to have my truck checked out for the following day. Dropped off my truck on tuesday morning he scheduled a ride for me to get home and by the afternoon he contacted me with an update with the solution. My truck was ready for pick for following day. ( Great communication and service) One slight issue. I’m very particular about how I keep my truck. I keep it garaged and very clean. it would be nice if your dealership had a Car wash rack, I understand with all the ridiculous California environmental policies which makes it hard for dealerships to provide that service.

Luke did a great job as always. However, it doesn't look like the wheels were rotated, since the tire that needed replacing was the front left and that was were the new tire was. Also, in the past they tire tech has put the spare in the proper place. This time it was just tossed into the bed. I have back issues and it's difficult for me to put the spare back.

First time here and everyone was very helpful and oil change was done in a timely manner

I only give 4 stars because I was able to fix the issue after the service department tried. I have a 2025 Suburban High Country. The camera in the rear view mirror was pointing to the ground. After attempting to adjust it using the settings in camera, it was obviously a physical issue. I was told the vehicle was ready. I arrived to find the license plate frame off the vehicle. My service writer told me that the vehicle could not have a license plate frame on the vehicle because it interferes with the camera housing on the rear hatch. I was advised due to the fact the frame had pushed the housing up, the plastic the housing is attached to is now permanently bent or disfigured as it has been in that position for a year. The service writer also told me that the reason none of their vehicles on the lot have frames is because they do not fit. This making zero sense, I went and looked at other Suburbans on the lot. I could see some of the 2026 models have a notch on the back side of the camera housing to allow for easier installation of the frame. Additionally, I was told the camera is "better" but not perfect due to the housing being pushed back for an extended period of time. I drove home. Grabbed my license plate frame, a screwdriver and removed the license plate. With very little effort, I pulled the camera housing towards me, placed the license plate and frame in place, and attached both. The camera is now perfectly in position. I would say this is probably something the service department had not seen before. Hopefully reading this, they will now know if they come across this issue in the future. I will say, the appointment process, being updated throughout the day, and the check out process was seamless and far better than before. I have been going to this dealership for over 25 years and am pretty damn loyal. At one point my uncle was the service manager under Winter Chevrolet. Now, with Hank there, I will continue going to Delta Chevrolet for service. Hank is an absolute honest and fair guy with a ton of knowledge. Your dealership, and my vehicles are in great hands.

Melinda S. was EXCELLENT as my salesperson. Other staff assisting with the paperwork were great 👍. I traveled a distance to work with Melinda because of how she treated me whereas local dealerships treated me poorly, did not listen to my product request but rather wanted to push other inventory on me, or barely let me have a meaningful test drive.

My service advisor was great but there rest of the service group was poor while he was off for a few days. Couldn’t give me any updates & received my vehicle 3 days later then projected.

Got me in right away and out at quicker then what they told me.

Jessica was fantastic to work with, and the rest of the team made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and fair. It was an easy transaction from start to finish. I will definitely be back when it's time for my next car purchase. Thanks to the outstanding service, you've earned a long-term customer!

The sales staff went out of their way to make the buying experience as convenient as possible. They even went and got In N Out for me because I missed lunch!
